Previously, Reza was the CEO of IIIC Investment group for 13 years, a multibillion-dollar food focused buyout firm in the emerging markets. His success as a leader stemmed from category consolidations that brought scale and efficient low cost production to highly fragmented food categories. His success has led him to serve on boards of food companies internationally.
